Shargar Management Corp., consists of a group of real estate investment Property Managers. Whether it be commercial property management or residential property management Shargar can meet all of your requirements. We have been assisting landlords in managing their rental properties since 2008. Our office is based in Calgary, Alberta, and we provide property management services to Calgary and surrounding areas.
What types of properties do we manage? On the commercial side of things we manage multiple unit apartments as well as small and large commercial office buildings and plazas. On the home owners side we manage houses, duplexes, townhouses and condominiums. With our team of experienced managers, Shargar Management Corp. can meet all your commercial and residential rental property needs.
We manage real estate properties for companies and home owners who are based in other parts of the world. Shargar is a “Complete Management Service” company that caters to a wide range of client needs from renting, management, maintenance and repairs to paralegal services dealing with The Tenant Protection Act (1998).
